The Family Partner is led by Renata Stift, experienced family consultant (BBehavSc(Psych)), facilitator, coach, mediator, mentor and mother of two. Renata has spent 20 years providing expert advisory services to executives and leadership teams and since becoming a parent has found her true passion - empowering caregivers to feel competent and confident to navigate parenting when there are growing concerns or additional needs in a family. Renata's extensive professional experience providing advisory services on people related matters in the corporate sector in addition to heart-lead work in the non-for-profit sector facilitating capacity building group programming for families of children with additional needs, Renata offers a unique skill-set. Renata can assist families by understanding interconnections between home and work environments and how to best support children at the centre. Whether you're managing a two-working-parent household, a single-parent home, or balancing different caregiving roles, Renata helps you better understand your children’s behaviour and development.
Renata is an expert in understanding professional landscapes and their impact on the home environment. She specialises in helping adults better understand the needs and behaviors of children, especially when concerns arise about their development and behaviour.
We are fortunate enough to be supporting caregivers from all over Australia via video technology. We also have a home office in Malvern, Adelaide, South Australia for those who prefer face-to-face consultations. We are dedicated to providing support to overcome periods of stress, worry, confusion and fatigue, by harnessing the power of instinct and deepening connections through understanding between family members.
